Crosswise

"Cross Wits" with your opponent as one of you attempts matching 3 or more shape tiles across the rows while the other does the same with up and down columns.. Each tile you place may be a scoring tile for your opponent. This game is easy to learn, fun to play, and difficult to win. It has all of the ingredients for an excellent strategy game - but chance is not ruled out either as each player blindly takes tiles from the grab bag on each turn. Scoring is also clever with values changing with the number of same or different colors/shapes.

Easy rules - in fact, our 4 year old granddaughter won a game this past weekend - however, there are strategies involved when attempting to create a string of "Tic, Tac, and Toe" in a row. Players collect tokens for each string, and yes, all tokens on the board are for all to use. The player with the most tokens wins. It is very friendly for 2, 3 or 4 players.
